Five Guys exceeded expectations with their impressively speedy service. There were ample seating available especially considering it was a Saturday afternoon. The burgers certainly hit the spot, though it was slightly on the pricier side. It worth just visiting Five Guys just for the fries!

I expected this branch of Five Guys to be busy as it’s next to Liverpool Street Station but it wasn’t, my fiance and I were served very quickly. The server was very friendly and polite. Fresh food as always and the fries were gorgeous. One thing that could be better is, as there’s upstairs seating, it would be good to have a screen up there so you know when your order is ready. Bear in mind to use the toilet you have to use the code which is on your receipt when you order. Highly recommend this branch and will definitely be back again.

This fast-food joint and brand is easily among the best; whether it be customer service, or the quality of the food items, Five Guys is consistent in its delivery of excellent customer service and service offers! The interiors took me back to the 80s with its red and white colour scheme and use of wooden seating- the aesthetic is simple yet iconic. The large open kitchen layout keeps customers anticipating and entices their hunger. The food is always freshly made; the meat is of excellent quality, the buns are soft and highly absorbant of the rich meat oils, the cheese is soft and abundant, the grilled onions are beautifully caramelised and pack a savoury punch. The burger is undisputed in its flavour and quality. The chips, peppered with spice powder, are crispy yet full of well-cooked potato content inside. The sauce seem to taste different there to in a good way. Five Guys is probably the only food brand that I have enjoyed enough to even make a video promotion of in my free time. I will strongly recommend this brand to everyone and will actively promote their products and services!

I'm just giving the 5 stars for burger, fries and milkshake. The soda tastes so lame for no reason and please just fix the water in your restrooms. It's been like that for months.

Do you wanna get a family style welcome and amazing staff? Just come here. I stumbled upon Five Guys just opposite Liverpool Street station and I just can't say how happy I was after having the food. I was super hungry and bam, I ate more than a kilo of Cajun Fries! Yummy. I'm a vegetarian and these fries are awesome. The manager and the staff were super friendly when I asked for anything and seriously the best experience ever. Gonna be coming here soon with my friends too.

We ordered food for 4 people and the staff had messed up our order, which caused us to wait for an extended period of time. The staff was reactive and kindly offered to compensate us with free drinks and an extra burger. The small cheeseburger was tasty and the small fries was very generous.

Great late night burger, juicy and well prepared. The staff also offered free fries with any burger purchase to make up for the slightly longer wait.
